The breakfast here offered a good variety of choices like tea, croissants, fruit, eggs, and bacon 🍳. the location was awesome, right next to the In Flanders Fields Museum and some great bars, all in a lovely quiet area.

Pretty quiet area, very central location near Ieper, a lovely chracteristic Southwest Flanders city and opposite huge square and the Menin Gate, as well as the restaurants and cafes around the square...

Enjoyable overall experience. Spotlessly clean and ideal place, helpful and efficient stuff. Incredible magnificent location, to café area. Next to In Flanders museum and the Menin Gate as well as railway station. The attached restaurant for dinner.

The double room had an excellent shower and temperature control. the breakfast was superb with continental options and bacon. - the restaurant was nice.

We have stayed at this brand-new hotel previously and will be back. The location is very central. It's in a really good building in the pretty quiet area.

The place had a nice spacious feel, with plenty of natural light and wonderful views.

Perfect location for a visit to the museum "In Flanders Field". Very central in the city centre. All redecorated. Three years ago it looked different. Hardly recognized the house (positive). Very friendly staff.

Excellent location on the main square, just opposite the cloth hall, the museum "In Flanders Fields" and the tourist information office. Pleasant room, very spacious bathroom, both thoughtfully furnished.

The coffee machine in the breakfast room is so slow that there is always a queue in front of it.

The location is perfect, right across from the museum, and my room had useful amenities like storage space, coffee, and a kettle.

Friendly service, well located, and good facilities.

Armstrong Room colour scheme - it was hideous

The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The hotel was well laid out with a lift which was a bonus especially if you were on the top floor.

The service in the hotel restaurant was extremely slow (2 hours for a 2 course meal is not good) and the majority of the staff were not very friendly and made you feel as though they didn't want you there. Having said that, there were 2 other members of staff who not only seemed to be left to do all the work but who were friendly and helpful. The stair tread was extremely narrow and the stairwell poorly lit. Be careful or use the lift.
